On Saturday we held our Super Cool Kids' Party for 500 kids and their families – what broke our hearts was hearing how many stories there were just like Chloe's.Thank you to everyone, especially Sunnybrae Estate who helped make our Super Cool Kids' Party that extra bit super, it was truly so heart warming! ❤️
