HistoryOur new wedding package options allow you to tailor your wedding day to suit your requirements. Not very wedding is the same, so we are more than happy to customize a package for you. For those who would like to minimize their decisions, we have tailor made packages to get you started.

Offering a vast variety of service options, Sunnybrae Estate is here to help all styles and budgets. If you prefer the idea of guests mingling, but still want your reception to be a mix of cocktail and seated, you might like our banquet menu with shared platters for mains – a nice way to get guests up and interacting at your reception. We also provide seated options, with 3 or 4 course meals that will have your guests tantalized with our flavors and quality of food. No guest will ever leave our venue hungry - guaranteed!

Standard Inclusions

  • Complimentary Elegance Wedding Ceremony when you hold your reception in one of Sunnybrae Estates stunning rooms
  • Access to the Atrium and private room for bridal party for pre-dinner drinks and canapés (subject to availability)
  • Choice of white or black linen table cloths
  • Linen napkins – choice of colour
  • White skirted bridal and cake table or Wine Barrel
  • Standard lighting throughout the venues
  • Printed menus - (optional)
  • Ample complimentary parking
  • A dedicated and experienced Event Coordinator who is on hand to assist with planning your wedding and is also at hand on the day to ensure that everything goes exactly as planned
  • All table/chair setup by Sunnybrae Estate staff- Place cards, bonbonnieres and simple table settings all laid out as per your table plan
  • On ground photography with your own choice of photographer

Wedding Packages

Cocktail Wedding Package

• Your selection of drinks package at an additional cost
• Traditional antipasto platters with freshly baked Turkish pide bread
• Your selection of 8 hot or cold cocktail options from our menu
- with 2 hours service
• Wedding cake cut and served on shared platters
• Shared local cheese platters or fresh fruit platters to finish
• Freshly brewed coffee and tea selection
• ‘Standard Inclusion’ as listed (if applicable to a cocktail event)
• Wine barrels scattered with the option of chairs – Americana or
Copper Bentwoods (20% of total numbers – more can be arranged)
• Additional canapés can be arranged – starting from $3.50pp
• Venue hire included - refer to minimum guest numbers

Deluxe Wedding Package

• Your selection of 3 canapés on arrival – ½ hour service
• Your selection of 1 entrée and choice of main course from 2
options
• A local cheese platter per table to share
• Wedding cake served as the dessert
• Freshly baked Tuscan bread rolls
• 2 side salads per table
• Freshly brewed coffee and tea selection
• Estate beverage package for 5 hours
• ‘Standard Inclusion’ as listed
• Extra entrée and main course options can be arranged – POA
• Copper Bentwood style chairs
• Minimum of 100 guests to be eligible for the package
• Venue hire included - refer to minimum guest numbers

Elegance Wedding Package

• Chef’s selection of 3 canapés on arrival - ½ hour service
• Set entrée, alternate main course and the wedding cake served
with the chef’s recommendations
• Freshly baked Tuscan bread rolls
• 2 side salads per table
• Freshly brewed coffee and tea selection
• Homestead beverage package for 5 hours
• Copper Bentwood style chairs
• ‘Standard Inclusion’ as listed
• Venue hire included - refer to minimum guest numbers

Banquet Wedding Package

• Chefs selection of 3 canapés on arrival – ½ hour service
• Shared traditional antipasto platters per table
• 3 succulent open charcoal cooked meats, 3 seafood and 2 sides
• The wedding cake served on shared platters
• Freshly baked Tuscan bread rolls
• Freshly brewed coffee and tea selection
• Homestead beverage package for 5 hours
• Copper Bentwood chairs
• ‘Standard Inclusion’ as listed
• Extra meat and seafood options can be arranged – POA

Note: Provided your final adult numbers are above the minimum adult room number requirements, no room hire is charged. See Event Coordinator on Booking for confirmation of room hire charges for your event if you don’t comply.
